In this series of 6 evening sessions you will learn in a friendly small group setting some basic and intermediate stress management techniques. You will build week by week some solid habits and coping strategies that will make you resilient to stress. Printed and audio materials are included in the price.

Dr Stephen Brooke has a wide range of experience and qualifications in the field of personal growth and development. He has worked as a General Practitioner for 18 years with an emphasis on both traditional and natural approaches to whole person care. In his spare time he works as a Life and Wellness Coach and as a Stress Management Consultant for both individuals and groups and he has worked as a medical officer for several companies in Swindon. He has a Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling and he has been a trainer of integrated and person-centred counselling in Swindon for 15 years. He is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique.
