Stand Up & Speak

This is a one-day workshop that will empower you to stand up and feel confident in speaking at formal or informal occasions. You will learn to understand "that fear” and use it as a resource to be a public speaker that is really listened to. You will also learn the basic structure of a good lecture, from beginning to end. A fun day that is both challenging and rewarding. This is NOT as passive course. This is a fun and interactive workshop and participation and teamwork is involved and will be encouraged.
