Community projects.
The UK College of Personal Development mission is to unlock potential, and along with the various training programs the college also supports a few projects that it believes makes a positive and measurable difference to peoples lives. The support we offer varies from sponsorship to contribution of time and resources, many of the college members are involved in these projects and often give freely of their time.
The Inspire Program

A training and motivational program for unemployed people. The program includes a two day training program and is followed up with the offer of one to one coaching, and a selection of various other short programs (C.V. writing, numeracy, literacy etc) to help individuals gain confidence, and return to employment.

The National Bullying Helpline (www.nationalbullyinghelpline.co.uk)

The National Bullying Helpline is the brainchild of Christine Pratt and her husband David. Christine first set up HR & Diversity Management Ltd in 2002 and realised the enormity of the problem caused to industry by workplace bullying, so launched a bullying Helpline in 2003. The Helpline was awarded Charity status early 2007 and is the only UK workplace Bullying Helpline Charity in the UK run by qualified CIPD professionals.
