You will learn about Levels of Coaching using Logical Levels; develop your coaching skill with the “Developmental Coaching Approach”. You will also learn how to use the Human Adult developmental phases within your coaching practice. Other key areas that will be covered include:

She has coached more than 400 clients of which 70%.are executives, managers and senior managers. Dedicating the last 18 years to facilitating development for individuals and groups, Pilar counts among her clients Senior Leaders in all areas including local government and other public and private fields. Clients find Pilar dynamic, supportive, inspiring, challenging, honest, insightful and with great humour.
Current Activities
Besides her coaching practice and running her own full Accredited Professional Coaching course, Pilar is currently leading seminars across Europe, including Brussels , Prague , Madrid & across the UK . Some of Pilar’s recent public engagements include leading a workshop in the European Coaching Conference in 2006, being guest speaker in Coaching Conferences in 2005, 2006, & 2007.
