Practice Group & Supervision (BIG)

As a training organisation UKCPD are fully committed to your ongoing professional development, with the provision of CPD programs and now a fully sponsored “Peer Review”. Coaching, Hypnotherapy and NLP in particular are skill sets that need to be practiced regularly within a peer group to really develop skill and confidence. This positive environment gives opportunity’s to try new ideas and models out and to benefit from more experienced members of the group. Getting constructive feedback from a peer group is an essential ingredient for professional development.

The UKCPD sponsored event includes a:

• Practice Group
• Peer Review
• Supervision for Coaches
• Supervision for Hypnotherapist’s

These events are open to all levels of experience and we encourage a sharing of information and professional experience. The sessions are both practical and thought provoking, in a relaxed atmosphere with lots of opportunity to practice, share experience and learn from each other. We occasionally have guest speakers to deliver short training programs on a wide verity of topics.
